I’ve been using the 2023 all year to keep track of symptoms, diet, exercise (what little I’m able to do) as well as the MANY doctor appointments. “So this is another year, another piece of gold. My favorite part of this little fella is the spread of both views at once. As you might know, people diagnosed with ADHD accumulate passion projects like a toddler on a shell hunt and when the last one is out of sight, it’s gone forever. When this planner is open I can’t hide from any obligations and if the layout isn’t working? I can change it. Love it, love it, love it!
Not an exaggeration, my brain feels better using this planner. It has enough structure to be helpful and not so much structure that i feel worse because I didn't have time to fill out their pie chart with categories that don't even match my life. You get to set it up how you need and can change it later. It's also beautiful and the paper feels nice
United StatesWhat I wanted but arrived with ripped pages
I was so excited to get this planner, saw it last year and couldn’t afford it so I tried to make my own. Ordered it this year since it would be better quality even thought it is pretty expensive: When it arrived the front page was ripped on the top corner and another page towards the back was also ripped. I emailed but didn’t get a response back. The planner still works but it was a bit disappointing to be so excited about my order and be let down for such a simple thing.
