Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Sometimes things don’t go like we expect, and that’s OK. We’re here to help! If you’re not pleased with your recent purchase or it isn’t what you had hoped, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will provide a full refund or replacement (if available), no questions asked. The returned item must be in new condition, unaltered, and free of any damage. We ask that you please take care wrapping your item so it arrives back to us in good condition. Gifts can be exchanged at any time, for any reason - please send an email to hello@laureldenise.com and we will gladly set this up for you. Please note our hours of operation are M-F 9-5 EST.
Email hello@laureldenise.com with your order details and we will send you a prepaid return label to ship your item(s) back to us. Once we receive it and verify that it is free from damage, we will refund the card used to complete the purchase. Original shipping charges are not available for refund. Refund times may vary depending on the card or payment provider used but typically process in 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that our studio operates Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST, and that we are closed for all major US Holidays.
*High volume ordering times include: April, May, June, November, and December.
Oh no! Let us fix this for you. We gladly offer free repairs for life with all of our jewelry pieces. Please email hello@laureldenise.com with your order details and we will be happy to help with a replacement at any time.
If your planner arrived damaged, please contact hello@laureldenise.com and we will get a new planner sent right away. (This happens in shipping sometimes.)
If you wanted to love the planner, but something wasn't quite right, we understand and we're happy to process a return for you. Please email hello@laureldenise.com and we can get your return started. Please note that shipping cannot be refunded on planner purchases and that planners purchased as part of a promotion are ineligible for a return.
Please package your item(s) with care and be sure to include your invoice or a note with your full name and order number as this is how we can ensure that your refund is processed accordingly. If you are returning a planner, please refrain from placing the shipping label directly on the planner box. All paper returns can be sent the following address:

Custom orders and digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only purchases made directly from laureldenise.com qualify for these terms. If you purchased your item through another retailer, please contact the store directly for help with your return.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping for planner returns.
