Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
Sometimes things don’t go like we expect, and that’s OK. We’re here to help! If you’re not pleased with your recent purchase or it isn’t what you had hoped, please read the FAQs below and use our Return Portal to get your return process started.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All returned merchandise must be in new condition, unaltered, unused, and free of any damage. This means that we cannot process planner refunds without the planner box or when there is writing inside. The fastest way to process your return is through our portal (not via email). Our studio office hours are M-F 9-5pm ET and we are closed on all major US holidays.
Please access our Returns Portal to begin the returns process. Once we receive it and verify that it is free from damage, we will refund the card used to complete the purchase. Original and return shipping charges are not available for refund (unless your planner arrived damaged). Refund times may vary depending on the card or payment provider used but typically process in 3 to 5 business days of item receipt.
If your planner arrived damaged or was marked as delivered, but wasn't, please contact hello@laureldenise.com.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUTER PLANNER BOX, WITH BUBBLE SLEEVE AROUND THE PLANNER! PLANNERS WRITTEN IN OR NOT SHIPPED WITH OUTER BOX AND BUBBLE SLEEVE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

*High volume ordering times include: April, May, June, November, and December and processing times might be longer during these times.

Custom orders and digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only purchases made directly from laureldenise.com qualify for these terms. If you purchased your item through another retailer, please contact the store directly for help with your return.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping for planner returns.
Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns/refunds.
