I am a SAHM, former teacher and bookseller, and wanted to be more organized this year. I came across your planners through instagram from another mom I follow, then started watching your YT videos as well to decided which planner would, hopefully, best suit me. I hesitated a little while for a few reasons.. I didn’t know which color, layout, size. Then I hesitated because shipping costs, which I understand. Then… I purchased another happy planner from amazon. When it arrived I kept thinking about the pretty Laurel Denise planners. I returned the happy planner. Came back to Lauren Denise website and finally made the plunge. I chose the wonderful project planner and couldn’t wait for it to arrive. When it was delivered I opened the beautiful box, and discovered my project planner had been dented across the top of both covers, next to the spine. As if something had been dropped across it, or it fell across something else. I tried to work the dents out but they’re still there. It took away from the perfection and satisfying new planner after so much indecision and anticipation. It’s not a huge dent but I feel a little less excited. :( I wasn’t going to review at all, but then I got this email.
