- Each insert is 4.75in w x 9in h
- Inserts have mylar-coated tabs that pop into the coil of your Undated planner
- 12 pages of inserts per package, double-sided
- Front: 7 horizontal rows, 2in w x 1.3in h 
- Front: right side column "this week" list, 1.63in w x 8.125in h
- Back: 7 horizontal rows, 4.25in w x 1.3in h
- Back: top horizontal header, 4.25in w x .63in h

We do not suggest adding more than 12 sheets of paper into your current planner at a time. If you'd like to add more, you will have to remove all of the extra back note-taking pages and still we do not recommend more than 20. Pro Tip: Gather the used inserts and save them in your favorite 6x9 envelope and put that in your cover folder for safe keeping.
