Our jewelry is made by hand in the U.S. and our studio is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. While our studio is currently closed to the public, if you are in the area and interested in picking up your order instead of having it shipped to you, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number an we will gladly arrange a porch pick up.

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests for any reason, without explanation, especially those that contain: Any sort of profanity or inappropriate language or meaning; Any politically hostile language or meaning; Anything that deliberately infringes upon someone else’s copyright or trademark; Anything that, in our sole discretion, puts our brand at risk.
Of course! We are honored to support you in sending a gift to a loved one, a friend, or someone in need. Include your recipients mailing address at checkout and we will be sure to send the order directly to them (and exclude all pricing with the package). If you would like to include a gift message, just leave us a note at checkout or send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will be happy to do so.
You bet! All of our items are shipped in beautiful packaging that's wrapped in a lovely brown wax paper with a colorful sticker. We use lobster clasps made of brass along with a brass extender chain. If you have a metal allergy, please make a note on your order (or send us an email to email@example.com with your order number) and we will paint a special metal sealer on your clasps for extra protection. We also offer a magnetic clasp (also brass) and are happy to provide additional details via email if you are interested.
To measure your wrist, you can take a soft tape measure or piece of string, start on the top of your wrist and wrap it around. Measure the finished length on a straight ruler. The individual measurements for each size are as follows:
Leather 5.75 " + Chain Extender & Clasp 3.25" = 9" total
Leather 5.75" + Chain Extender & Clasp 1.5" = 7.25" total
Leather 4.75" + Chain Extender & Clasp 1.5" = 6.25" total
Our standard sized bracelets are our best sellers for sure and tend to provide enough wiggle room for comfort and flexibility. However, we are always happy to exchange an order for another size should you or your recipient determine that the bracelet is not fitting well.
With the exception of high-volume ordering times*, our processing time is 1-3 business days on non-custom orders. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks for shipment. Processing times during high-volume ordering months can be 5-7 business days, but is often still 2-3 business days. Occasionally, we will offer pre-order sales on items before they are available. Details for processing and shipping times will be specified accordingly.
Please note that our studio operates Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST, and that we are closed for all major US Holidays.
*High volume ordering times include: April, May, June, November, and December.
