Desi manages to keep her time blocked schedule, her done list (more on that below), her kid's schedule, her daily focus, and encouragement all on one planner spread and of course she does because she's using a Vertical Weekly! We love how she keeps her repeating schedule on her monthly view for a quick glance of what's going on and her day's priority on the top of each day on her short pages. The way she divides her short pages between tasks and time blocking is one of our favorite, simple hacks for this layout and her "I am a good mom" list in the monthly task section brings us to relatable tears!
Tip from Desi (1/2):
Done List
Who has lived their day, felt incredible busy, but has looked back and though "Hmmmm...what on earth did I do today?" Welp, a DONE list is a wonderful way to keep track of the many things you took care of throughout the day to help you see your accomplishments!
Tip from Desi (2/2):
Reminders for Your Heart
We love the idea of keeping whatever your heart needs reminding of in this monthly task list section. Nancy has put her gratitude list here before and we love how Desi has used this space to remind herself that she IS a good mom, even if some of the days feel filled with shouts and frustration. Such an amazing way to call out the good.
