The Nancy Planner
“I need my planner to hold the mess without making me look at the mess.”
Why it works for Laurel:
It gives me the best of both worlds: plenty of room to keep track of all the details, plus the ability to fold those details away and focus on what’s right in front of me. And my monthly view has enough room for the big-picture plans I need to keep visible.

Nancy's 2027 Pick
The Nancy Planner + 5-Block Inserts
“My brain wants categories, boundaries, and exactly the right number of boxes, thank you very much.”
Why it works for Nancy:
The Nancy gives me a visible home base for the bigger-picture lists and habits I need to keep in front of me, while the 5-Block Inserts let me build the very specific weekly structure my brain loves. I can separate work from personal, categorize what belongs where, and keep the things I actually want to follow through on directly in my line of sight.

The Luna Planner
“I need room for ALL THE LISTS and a monthly view my brain can take in with one glance.”
Why it works for Mabby:
The Luna keeps my entire month together on one side, so I can scan the big picture without anything visually breaking it up. Then I have plenty of roomy list space for everything else my brain is trying very hard not to write on a paper towel. And when I need more, I can add inserts without covering up my month.

The Rose Planner + Appointments & 3-Column Plastic Inserts
“I need my planner to stay visible, flexible, and low-pressure.”
Why it works for Jenn:
The Rose gives me the big Sunday-start monthly view I love, plus four flexible columns I can use however I need them. I add an Appointment Plastic Insert for a Monday-start week and time blocking, and a 3-Column Plastic Insert for my Kanban board. I get the visibility and flexibility I need, with extra structure only when I want it.

The Nancy Planner
“I need the big picture and the nitty-gritty in front of me at the same time.”
Why it works for Meg:
The Nancy gives me enough room to move between all the levels of planning my brain needs without scattering them across different places. My monthly plans stay visible, while the weekly layout gives me dedicated space for daily tasks, schedules, meals, and weekly to-dos. And most importantly, the things I need to remember can stay where I can actually see them.

The Rose Planner
“I need my planner to work with my capacity, not dictate it.”
Why it works for Sharon:
The Rose gives me structure without locking me into a daily schedule. The four columns give me flexible homes for work, collections, and tasks I can move around depending on my capacity, while the roomy monthly view keeps the bigger picture visible. When a week does need more structure, I can add an Appointment Insert or weekly sticky note without changing the flexible foundation that already works for me.
