Halle's problem: She has a ton of solutions that will help her along on her wellness journey, but she's not exactly sure or confident that any of it really works. She wanted proof and accountability! She has decided to use her Horizontal Weekly as a wellness journal and a huge part of the solution to her problem. Having this big picture view helps make tracking easily and helps her easily track cause and effect and patterns in her health.

Just, wow. Right? Halle really wanted to track to see how her moods and energy levels were affected by her diligence with her supplements. If for nothing else, motivation to keep paying for and taking them! She uses her Notes section like an absolute pro here, creating a dream checklist. Psst - You could easily use one of our checklist inserts if you don't want to draw it out in your Notes section.

Sleep is a big part of Halle's wellness with a lot of moving parts that she wants to track, so she's using her entire habit tracker to jot down sleep details.
