Halle's problem: She has a ton of solutions that will help her along on her wellness journey, but she's not exactly sure or confident that any of it really works. She wanted proof and accountability! Just, wow. Right? Halle really wanted to track to see how her moods and energy levels were affected by her diligence with her supplements.
