You're in luck because we have an entire YouTube channel dedicated to this sort of content! Grab some popcorn, your planners, and your favorite pens and hop to it!

If videos aren't your thing, here's some quick advice from Laurel:

"To-do lists are our best friends and starting off each month and week with a “planning session” are two of our favorite tips. When creating lists we’ve found that they are most effective when we can break down the things that need to be done into specific action items so that none of the steps along the way are missed (and we have the pleasure of checking even more off!). Lastly, we recommend that you add all of your important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, vacations) for each month as you begin your planner so that nothing essential goes forgotten. I hope this helps - happy planning!"

Our love affair with pens has been a long and tumultuous road - needless to say, we have big opinions! It all started with the scented markers back in grade school and then came those super cool gel pens. Our tastes have grown up a bit but we still love to play with the newest writing devices that we can get our hands on.

Currently, we are using and LOVING the Pentel Enegrel 0.3 mm Needle Tip Pen with liquid gel ink- they are genuinely fantastic. Laurel has an Amazon Favorites Shop with a few of her can't-live-without pens.

One thing we know is you can never have too many and you are absolutely allowed to change your favorite on a daily basis. Share your faves with us and we will be delighted to give them a try!

We sure do! You can find Laurel and the team posting things about life and Laurel Denise on our Instagram and TikTok daily that regularly feature videos of our products. We also have an active Facebook page and love to share inspiration and new projects there. Lastly, our YouTube channel is filled to the brim with fun and advice!

Our next planner launch will be in the Spring of 2023 and will be filled to the brim with Undated Planner goodness. You'll find our Horizontal, Vertical, and Project Planner formats in Undated form with multiple cover options.

We will have smaller accessory launches throughout the year. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to hear.

Currently, all of our paper products are not customizable but we have heard from many people who have decorated their planner covers with stickers, paint and more. We would love to see how you make it uniquely yours! We are working on future versions of our planners all of the time and hope to be able to offer customizing options down the road.

We've searched far and wide for the absolute best paper available for our planners. Our monthly tabbed pages are 120 lb paper and all other pages are 80 lb. Fear not, we've completed pen tests galore and nothing bleeds through (well, other than a Sharpie). We hope this helps!

Some of our paper products are printed here in the USA and others are manufactured in China at vetted factories who work with several US-based brands.

Oh the woes of small business ownership and shipping! Here is a quick explanation on our shipping decisions:

Our planners weigh just over 1lb with packaging, making them too heavy for USPS First Class Mail which is the most economical choice. We have a deal with FedEx that sometimes gives us a better rate for 2-Day shipping than USPS Priority Mail so that's what we go with (although we do give the USPS Priority Mail option). After years and years of shipping product, we have found that the reliability, timing, and security of the packages sent via FedEx outweighs the cost saving we could find with USPS. We often have to send out multiple packages due to lost or mis-delivered packaged with USPS.

Why not use UPS or USPS Media Mail you ask? Great question! The answer is that we wish we could. Unfortunately, planners and calendars are not one of the legally accepted products that can be sent via USPS Media Mail. And, for us, UPS has a lot of hidden fees that winds up making it more expensive than FedEx.

We are working on a membership club that will give customers access to free shipping and more.
