Nancy's Project Breakdown Inserts (2-week):
Looking for a smart way to organize your DIY projects? Nancy used our 2-Week Breakdown Page to plan out her Halloween costume, and it worked like a charm! She mapped out everything from materials needed to a detailed timeline, ensuring she stayed on track. Whether you're tackling a creative project or prepping for an event, this tool can help you stay organized and meet your deadlines with ease! (For video reference - Nancy walks us through this page at this timestamp.)

As our Art Director, Nancy is a master of project planning, especially when it comes to managing our quarterly planner and accessory launches. To streamline her workload, she breaks down her responsibilities into the four quarters of the year. This allows her to effectively plan ahead, track busier months, and stay on top of deadlines. If you're looking for a better way to manage multiple projects and launch schedules, Nancy’s quarterly planning method is a great solution for staying organized and on track.

Nancy kicked off her project planning by getting a bird’s eye view of her entire year. To find the perfect layout that worked for her, she created two different versions of our Yearly Insert Pages. This helped her determine which format made the most sense for her planning style and workflow. Whether you're a visual planner or prefer a more structured layout, our customizable inserts can help you find the perfect fit for your needs.  (video timestamp)

Below is her finalized second draft of the yearly plan, enhanced with thoughtful color-coding for improved readability and organization. This version was ultimately chosen, and we agree that the color distinctions add a significant level of clarity and comprehension. (video timestamp)

After mapping out the entire year, Nancy took one of her major responsibilities—sticker designing—and broke down every step needed before they’re ready for printing. Check it out below! She even highlighted weekend and travel days in her planning columns to stay ahead, knowing when she may not be as available. P.S. Is this a sneak peek at our new stickers coming in 2025? Absolutely! Nancy is designing like the wind, and we can't wait for you to see what's in store. Stay tuned! (video timestamp)

Mabby's Project Breakdown Inserts:
Mabby, our resident super mom, uses her Project Breakdown Inserts to schedule events and tasks for her kids and the school parent group she’s involved with. These inserts have been a game-changer for managing everything—from coordinating PTA dates to organizing Girl Scout Troop events for the entire year. She even mapped out the steps her son needs to get his driver’s permit and license (a wild process!). By color-coding her plans, Mabby easily tracks similar meetings and events, making it simpler to stay organized amidst a busy schedule.

Curious how Mabby's bestie stays on top of all her Girl Scout Troop activities? Check out her Girl Scout Troop Organization below! Using our Project Breakdown Planning Inserts, she has mapped out the entire year’s events, meetings, and important dates. These inserts help her keep everything organized and ensure no detail is missed. If you're looking for a way to streamline your troop management or any other group activities, this system is perfect for staying ahead.! (video timestamp)

In the next phase of her project, she dives deep into one of the core responsibilities of a Girl Scout troop leader—the camping trip! This project-based breakdown covers all aspects of planning this event and helps her see when certain things need to happen. (video timestamp)

Here's another example of a Girl Scout Troop event, broken down into a 2-week timeline.  (video timestamp)

PTA leaders, we salute you! If there’s one role that requires a comprehensive, year-long overview of responsibilities, it’s yours. See how our Project Breakdown Inserts helped Mabby’s bestie streamline and organize every detail for a successful year ahead! (video timestamp)

Mabby knew the secret to tackling the driver’s license process—an organized, year-long plan. Our Project Breakdown Inserts proved invaluable, helping her map out every step to ensure nothing gets overlooked. From scheduling tests to gathering paperwork, these inserts kept her on track. And yes, she’s laminating it for safekeeping! Check out how this visual guide helped Mabby breeze through the process without missing a beat. (video timestamp)
