I love my planner. But, I must admit that the vertical planner is designed for tiny ambidextrous elves to write in. Yes, I have the tiniest tip pen, yes, I can write small. However, I did reach out to customer service with the hopes that my business was important rather than a large box store purchase. Yes, I had attempted to write in handwriting requiring a magnifying glass, but ultimately was not happy with such a purchase. Although friendly, I was basically told that I should try and sell it on FB or find a smaller pen. -signed an angry elf with a pretty planner I dream of using daily.
