Pros: Love the weekly inserts so my month view can be seen while viewing my daily/weekly tasks -- AWESOME! Cons: I am having trouble adjust to the M-F S/S format versus a S-S format --my subconscious identifies Sunday as the first column, Wednesday as the 4th column, etc., so I have had to really focus on what day of the week I am looking at.
