order placement
All online orders are processed using the highest security standards in the industry with military grade 2048 bit RSA public/private key pair data encryption and server certificate authentication. If you'd rather not pay with a credit card, we accept checks and money orders as well. To pay with a check or money order, please contact laurel@laureldenise.com.
shipping & handling
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Allow 24 hours for order processing. Orders are shipped immediately if your necklace is in stock. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday.
return policy
Returns are taken five days from ship date and all products must be in original and perfect condition.
sales tax
All orders shipped to addresses in the state of New Jersey are subject to a 6% sales tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.
